As we have been uploading new footage from our filming day on Sunday, we have been trialling new editing techniques that we have seen in other trailers that we feel is effective. Below is a sample of the quick straight cuts between two shots;
We had some issues with how to re-create this effect, as we were unsure how the duration of the shots affected the overall technique for the clip. However, after practice and trial and error we finally created a transition which we are pleased with and are planning to use in our teaser trailer.
